8. With the swing states unable to send electors to the college, the Republican senate will have to step in and vote on behalf of the stalled swing states.
9. Trump will be awarded the 270 votes he needs and Biden will have no choice but to concede.
10. The evidence supplied to the Supreme Court will be withheld from the public due to “state security” concerns as trump spends the next four years pretending to find the suspected foreign actors. involved.

That's not how the SCOTUS works, SL. The Trump campaign lost in Pennsylvania Federal Court when Judge Brann dismissed with prejudice the case being tried by Giuliani. In that case Giuliani stated the election was mismanaged and not fraud. The Third Circuit Court, AKA the Appeals court ruled 3-0 against the Trump campaign with Trump appointee Judge Steve Bibas writing the opinion the "claims have no merit." The Supreme Court doesn't even have to hear the case and if they do, if they fault in Brann's ruling they will point out his legal mistakes and have him try the case again. There will be no "cards" or evidence being put forth at any Supreme Court hearing, if there is one.

A move that was heavily criticised for infringing on states’ rights.

But it really doesn't matter, because the only way that The Donald can come out on top here is if he really is holding a Royal Flush of evidence that outright proves cheating and voter fraud on the part of the Democrats. Right, and we all know that won’t happen. Every one monitoring these elections, federal authorities headed by people named by Trump as well as foreign observers such as the OAS and OSCE, has confirmed that there have been no signs of fraud or tampering. The elections ran smoothly with no signs of interference whatsoever.
Trump is just trying some hail mary shit. He is a narcissist who has never been able to admit failure.
Truth is he has run every business he started into the ground. The only things he has earned money from is the company he inherited from his dad and of course his stint in reality TV where he impersonates a successful businessman so well that many people believe he is one.
Some speculate the reason he won’t concede is because he is fearful of the six criminal investigations he will face when out of office. Two of them for rape/sexual assault, then there is the tax fraud one, one about using his political office to enrich himself, the one about violating campaign laws (Cohen has already gone to prison for some of the stuff he did on Trump’s behalf) and his niece suing for her and her brother having been swindled out of their inheritance after their grandfather.
Even if Biden would grant him a pardon for the ones related to the presidency, he could very well end up in prison over some of the others.
