Re: 2025 Canucks Off-season

At a rally yesterday Bennet yelled into the crowd, I ain't fucking leaving, I'll be back. Of course everyone cheered but it sure sounded like he was serious. The Ratman also said he wants to come back and a deal can be made. So that leaves Ekblad.

Re: Canucks News N Notes 24-25

There was also some hope that if they could upgrade at centre that they could convert Chytl to LW. Some thought that he would be better suited there and along with DeBrusk would give them a good top six at LW.

We're one win away :D
I wish they would televise that game. We could use some excitement. Canucks could buy a lot of good will if they could somehow get the game on for the Vancouver fans to watch.

Re: Abby Game Talk Playoffs 2025 Edition

It is really nice to have the kid back and him getting 2 tonight. He is a finisher and gawd knows we need those. Does he need another year in Abby or are the Canucks committed to having him be on the big club next year?

Too bad Raty is injured, he's missing the party.

Re: Canucks News N Notes 24-25

Wild unimpressed with Canucks offer for Rossi, rumoured to be the 15th overall pick in 2025 plus a roster player. Guerin is trading Rossi cause he thinks he’s too soft and too small. Exactly what we are looking for, right in our wheelhouse, soft and small to play behind Elias “fall down all the tim ...

There is a lot of speculation that Bouchard's ask is closer to 11 million.

Re: 2024-25 OOTS: Playoff Edition

Like all dynasties, Florida has learned how to win. Three years in the SCF, 2 victorious. This ability to know how to win is critical to team's success. Edmonton has yet to learn how to win. No doubt a key injury or 2, average, at best, goaltending, play a part. But the ability to bear down and gut ...

Re: 2025 Canucks Off-season

As much as I like Boeser and may even miss him, he has not been a prolific scorer for us. He has been a good scorer. He had one 40 goal season. I think in FA he will get a 6-7 year term at 8-8.5. Hopefully it is a team he wants to go to. Now that he has emotionally begun to separate himself as a ...

We just kept doing the same fucking things and banging our heads against a wall……

Sounds like he is selling out the coaching staff.

Re: 2024-25 OOTS: Playoff Edition

It was over early. The Oilers had most of the game to get used to be losers. At least McJesus stayed around to shake hands.

Yes, the goalies get the blame. But then again Hellybuck shit the bed too.

I feel good tonight.

Now announce the trades

lol. I was just thinking how much Edmonton would be with Demko in net. But no, I don’t want him helping them. The ransom would never be enough for me.

Didn't the water boy own a lot of land near Rogers and didn't he build towers? Why didn't he put in a practice facility??? Just saying he had the chance.

Re: Summer Prediction Thread

I think they trade Garland. He is a middle of the pack forward, valuable, but replaceable, and his value should be pretty high right now. They have players Abby they need to make room for. And can save on cap if they replace him with an Abby player. I agree with Blob, they are not going to announce ...
