Could be getting one of them at bargain basement prices as they are certainly sucking big time right now. The only concern is they continue to suck the rest of their careers.

KJ for EP would work for me. The pipecleaner has shat in his West coast nest enough now.

The reality is his value is so low that anything coming back at all...including a straight cap dump, would be welcome at this stage

Nobody wants to play for Arneil. Guy is an asshole. Helly has been hurt and has struggled. I thought Perfetti would have chipped in more. Ehlers leaving robbed them of a line driver.

Only $1 million cap hit, so there would be some cap juggling and Vancouver would likely have to take a contract like Dumba's to make it even-out.

They'd still have to make Petey's cap work for the remainder of his contract, but that can be an offseason problem and there is an ongoing arms race in the Central Division.

Trading Petey would be the definitive tanking move. I wouldn't be opposed.
