TV Shows: What are you watching?

The primary goal of this site is to provide mature, meaningful discussion about the Vancouver Canucks. However, we all need a break some time so this forum is basically for anything off-topic, off the wall, or to just get something off your chest! This forum is named after poster Creeper, who passed away in July of 2011 and was a long time member of the Canucks message board community.

Marshall's is on CBS so it is watered down to me.

You can not water down Sheridan imo. Needs the non mainstream edge to it.

I really like the majority of his stuff as well.

Tulsa King ended up being meh for me.

Have you seen The Madison?

I didn't know that, explains a bit indeed.....I concur, edge required.

I watched the first season, it was good, but not so good that I was chomping at the bit for the next season. I haven't circled back yet. It must have attracted enough viewers though because they are doing a spin-off of that as well.

Not all of it. First 5 I think. Has a bit of a "chick-flick" quality to it, but the story telling is outstanding. I've put a pin in that one until the missus has time to sit down and watch it (trying to find a show that we both will watch and doesn't have crazy long seasons is a challenge at time).....at which point I'll start over.

Yep. It's been a minute though. I'm gonna rewatch season 2 before I watch season 3.

Started that yesterday. Quite good.

I couldn't stay in the black & white though.....had to switch over to the colour.

Yes, and now finished 3. Quite good.

Also just loving Mobland. Just quality performances in that one.

Waiting on Mobland to be done so I can try and binge watch with the weather turning and outdoor time minimized to a degree.

The fact Hardy is apparently being cast aside makes that one less appealing to me.

As I've discussed with rats offline my screen time interest is waning and I'm having trouble becoming interested in much.

Doing more reading these days which is far healthier obviously.

Did manage to finally finish Dutton Ranch last night.

May try S2 Terminal List at some point.

This is exactly where I'm at these days. No watching any sports at all. The only thing I watch on TV these days is the news (I like having it on in the background while I'm doing something else). I just work out in the morning and spend the afternoons building shit in my shop.

I hadn’t heard this.

I’ll have little interest beyond this season absent Hardy. He definitely makes the show.

Just looked it up for further details.

It's been hauled back somewhat from initial commentaries of creative issues between he and a producer.

He may indeed return.

Both Mirren and Brosnan spoke out for him publicly when the news broke.

Mobland is one of those shows that I add a subscription for a month and binge - a favourite.
