Another former Canuck who was an undersized fighter was Scott Walker. His fight against Mike Keane is one of the all time great fights.
Nice tilt!
.
didnt realize that was real.. I though someone had clipped my fight on the playstation and posted it
What was the punch count on that??

Ryp....5'11" 190
Hey...how about Mike Keane 5'10" 185 or Todd Gill 6' 180.
Or Stan Jonathan 5'8" 175.
Surprised no one brought those guys up.

Yup. Little Lead Hands. He could fight, but not score with us. Blossomed into a good top 6 guy in Nashville with Cliff Ronning.
Remember when Walker centered Gino and Brash for a bit??
who the hell would want to play against that line for all 9 minutes a night??

Jesus, that may have been our toughest line ever - and we had some doozies.

Canada won't participate in the 2026 Spengler Cup.
What's an aged tweener to do?
Over the Internet, you can pretend to be anyone or anything.
I'm amazed that so many people choose to be complete twats.

I was just ready to post Big Bird over Erik Karlsson myself.
Larry was a real defenceman. Big, could play both ends, could stick to hockey or flip a switch and become mean and nasty nightmare for anyone who was foolish enough to tangle with him.
I love watching Paul Coffey skate and play offence, but I have Ray Bourque over one-way cuppa joe.
EDIT: yeah, Cuz. Lidstrom over Karlsson for sure. (You and your fuckin' Swedes...
)

Yeah...it's a debatable list in all position groups.
Hence the reason for posting.

If those are line combos I'm moving Mario up and Wayne down.
Mario was the greater talent.....but 99 feeding Ovie might be something to see (although it didn't really work out with him and Hull).
Somewhere in NW BC trying (yet again) to trade a(nother) Swede…..
