Athletes. A rich and underexplored vein. I think pole vaulters are usually a good bet for appealing proportions.

German Italian actress Barbara Bouchet likely best known for her role as MoneyPenny in the David Niven Bond parody Casino Royale from the late 60's.

She also popped up as one of Kirk's many brief love (read sexual conquest) interests in the original Star Trek series.
