I believe that has much less to do with your own efforts to reform, but more rather mandated restrictions by board authorities.

I've got some 195 ha of forest up north, and Vattenfall is planning to build a wind farm in that area. Still tied up with all the legal details about connecting power lines and shit, so I probably won't see any income from that till like 2030. Still.

Won't be any actual wind mills on my land though, so it's my neighbours who will get the real windfall, but I'm close enough to get some pittance from it. And hey - it's money for nothing! You don't say no to that.

In fact, it's better than money for nothing, because they will also have to improve the roads in the area, and normally the landowners in the area would share the burden of road maintenance costs of the roads that aren't public, but now Vattenfall will shoulder the entire cost of strengthening the gravel roads so they can transport all their gear into place!
