Woody has definitely stepped up. He has had some epic brain farts while trying to do too much on the ice, but lately his moves have stuck. You don’t lead the team in 5-v-5 scoring for nothing. Serious tip of the hat to that signing.
This is quite the opportunity for the youngsters, getting ice time in consequential games. Will come in handy if the team makes the playoffs.
At least Karlsson tried to respond. I don’t mind the extra 2 there. But it was a response which might send a message to the rest of the team. BTW, the play against Hughes was nothing. He was holding guts stuck so he got shoved. It was the fall I think that bothered him but he engaged first. Don’t m8 d that play at all and far from egregious as some other shit we have seen

Agreed, but not sure what Van can do with the likes of Olivier out there.
I'd love to see Alvin bring in some toughness next year. A couple of em in fact. Bring in a healthy scratch type like Reaves and a scrapper like Gajovich or similar.
Dress Reaves in games like tonight. Gajovich type most others.
