Another one bites the dust

The primary goal of this site is to provide mature, meaningful discussion about the Vancouver Canucks. However, we all need a break some time so this forum is basically for anything off-topic, off the wall, or to just get something off your chest! This forum is named after poster Creeper, who passed away in July of 2011 and was a long time member of the Canucks message board community.

They started in '76, so I'm guessing it's not an 'age' thing. ;)

And Megs is right, out of all the punk bands, they were fun - great music, crazy gigs - and somehow still playing (and playing well).

Over the Internet, you can pretend to be anyone or anything.

I'm amazed that so many people choose to be complete twats.

I don't listen to much music these days and when I do, it's all my old stuff.

I consider anything from that era to be new. My music was 60s and early 70s. I never listened to punk and whatever shit came after that. I have a great stereo (at least 20k value) and I have around 650 vinyl LPs, 150 cassette tapes and about 100 CDs - and it's mostly classic rock, country and Raggae. The only time we have any music on these days, is for background when we have people over.

Not to be nitpicking, but isn't most of the best reggae late 70's, early 80's?
Uprising, Exodus, Kaya... Legalize It, Equal Rights...? And Inner Circle before they were mainstream.
