Every day I read a new article about the Canucks and a JT or EP trade. Is sports that boring that they need to bring this up time and time again from ex players with pod casts and the written media? The latest and newest, at least to me, is Kypreos having JT go to NYR for Zibanejad +. I know we have heard this deal before but Kypreos is just dog piling on what others in the media has already suggested.

The WTF was taking Bieksa miming taking a bite out of Friedman after the awesome insult our "4th liner" whose an "insider" (said sarcastically); I think Bieksa may have better sources with the Canucks and has info he hasn't disclosed (as a promise to those sources), and that information doesn't line up with what Elliot's been shopping.

Jannick Hansen with some interesting comments on the Canucks and the media.

Apparently the team has changed media availability rule and is sheltering some players. Hansen's take is that the Canucks should not absolve players like Pettersson from facing the media (no matter how awful the media is). He signed up for the $11.6M per, he needs to face the questions and sheltering him only breeds media speculation. He compares it to the Sedins who never shied away from the press no matter how bad times were.
