Let's get these road points! :D

Still an incomplete team, but we got this.

BROCK IS BACK!

Kiefer Sherwood has five points (3-2-5) in his last four games.
Jake DeBrusk has four points (2-2-4) in his last four games.

New coach should still give this group a shot in the arm, but the Canucks have been road warriors since Tocc arrived on the scene.

I like our chances tonight.

Let’s go Corn!

Sounds like Sasson comes out for Boeser. Tocc saying he really liked Sass’s game and he “doesnt really” deserve to come out. Of the two periods I saw of him, I’d have to agree.

Which begs the question, have Hoglander and Bains been that much better than Sass?

I can see Bains has really gained the trust of the coaching staff, and not unlike every level he’s played at, his success only came through perseverance and hard work. He’s got a head for the game and a really good attitude.

But Hoglander’s development curve seems to have levelled off since last March.

Yeah, he was progressing nicely last year, and seemed ready to make another step this year. He did, but unfortunately, it was backwards.

Decent early jump. Lots of energy for a game with no shots 6 minutes in.
Somewhere in NW BC trying (yet again) to trade a(nother) Swede…..

Not a bad period. Some bad luck on that Geekie chance, and a couple of gaffs here and there, but they had some chances.

Is it me, or has Joshua’s mitts improved grossly this year? He has flashed some serious puck skills since he came back.

I think he's better balanced (for some reason) in the core region which results in what you see.

Not sure who has noticed but the Canucks are getting brutalized in the FO circle since Miller left.

NYR 45 - Van 22

Ottawa 36 - Van 19

Bos 16 - Van 8

As an example.

Not a long term recipe for success....
