0-0-2 and looking like shit for 80 of the 123 minutes we’ve seen them play.

Just win.

Sprong appears to be the forward scratch. Myers might play. Silovs starting in goal.

in my limited viewing of Heinen he hasn't been very noticeable. I'm not sure he's the solution to getting the second line noticeable.

Seriously.... I got out of the habit of posting this last year, but it seems that the "old" Canucks are back.

I'm writing this off (so far) to a wasted pre-season. Tocchet should have known better.

They knew Sprong & Desharnais were going to be projects. I think they'll give them 20+ games before they decide on them.
Hopefully Bains does well.
It'll take a full 60 & She-loves a-game to beat the bolts
We'll burn that bridge when we get to it

Gotta be honest, SheLoves makes me nervous now.

Gonna miss the first half of this game due to real life.

Silovs has always made me nervous. For sure he has good games and flashes of brilliance but I’m not yet sold on him being a future number one. I think he is close to being a reliable back up but I think one more year of seasoning would benefit him greatly.
The only HW the Canucks need

Always thought Tocchet should have gone back to DeSmith after game 4. Not sold on Silovs at all.

The new additions have yet to impress the Chef.

I think it was easier last season because we were down to our third string goalie.. there was really no expectation on him.

Now is different. They've known for some time that Demko wouldn't start and without a return date there's far different expectations on Silovs

Juuls committed an unfortunate faux pas there.

Arty had no chance...
