The day he was scheduled to go to trial. Judge and prosecutors will not be happy. He had a very lenient plea deal that the judge threw out because of its leniency. Refused to negotiate an replacement deal and decided to go to trial. Last minute change of plea to guilty. The charges were slam dunk, not filing, late payment stuff. His excuse was drug use but was jetting around the world influence pedaling VP Daddy for the family fortune.

Possibly some of the dumbest legal advice.

Maybe Daddy told him he is in it on his own and it was time to man up.
