...and neither of the other two (Biden/Harris) can (or are/were not permitted to) put consecutive hours/days/weeks of coherent, cognitive thoughts/sentences together.

So we have circled back to they all suck.

Dems have had the helm 12/16 years and things ain't great (that's all Trumps fault of course :roll: )....

Time for "The Great Reset" down there.

4 years of Red to drag some of the outlandish leftist crap back towards the norm, irrespective of who is at the helm, and then both parties can hopefully get their shit back together during that time, move back towards surrounding either side of the middle somewhere and hopefully put forward two younger, more dynamic Presidential options in '28 when we can then talk about political agendas instead of this back and forth, he said/she said, my/one candidate is more offensive than yours/the other BS.

Hasn't Harris put forth a few policy priorities regarding:

- homebuyer assistance
- stopping price gouging
- taxing unrealised capital gains

Any comments on those? I'm not acquainted with the details myself (if there are any) so can't say much yet except that the third is just for the optics (it's unrealistic).
