The primary goal of this site is to provide mature, meaningful discussion about the Vancouver Canucks. However, we all need a break some time so this forum is basically for anything off-topic, off the wall, or to just get something off your chest! This forum is named after poster Creeper, who passed away in July of 2011 and was a long time member of the Canucks message board community.

So Blob reached out to me for help today.

He invited me over to his place for a BBQ.

Good food and we had a chat afterward.

For some reason though he kept steering the convo to exGM Benning.

I finally said to him: “Blob, why do you hate Benning so much?”

He replied that I would understand why if I watched some slides with him.

I agreed and he fired up the projector.

Turns out he had hundreds of photos of Jimmy, taken through a telephoto lens.

Pics of Jimmy going about his business…

At the mall, at the grocery store, at restaurants, going in/out of his vehicle/home.

Nothing out of the ordinary, but Blobby spouted a new expletive with each photo.

After the presentation he turned on the light and asked: “Do you get it now?”

I totally didn’t but by that time I had become terribly afraid.

So I said: “WOW, I GET IT MAN, I’d like to talk about this more but I’ve gotta go right now.”

A big smile came over his face as he said: “Finally! Can you come back tomorrow?”

Me: “Well I’ll be out of town for awhile, but I have your number pal.”

Yeahno, I’m not ever going back, Slideshow Blob scares the bejeebers outta me!
