3 points ahead of our terrible team. Yah that's braggable

What a joke
But you guys have no future. We're on our way up. When is the last time a team had 3 of the top 4 highest scoring rookies?
We're drafting franchise centres. You guys are signing Loui Eriksson.
You gave Loui Eriksson 6 years, 6 million per. The leaves signed Andersen for 5 million, Kadri ( Who shut down Crosny tonight) 4.5 million, and Rielly 5 million all through their prime years.
That shows you the difference right there.
Give us 2-3 years...
I am he as you are he as you are me
And we are all together….

But in 2-3 years we suck, right?

You're not going to get any top picks with the way your organization is going. The leaves "Tanked" during the right years. Mitch Marner would be the #1 overall pick next June. The draft next year is terrible.
You team prez says they can't tank due to the Sedins. That's horrific news.
The leaves blew it up completely. Their ownership was 100% behind it. That is not the case in Vancouver.

Well by that logic Horvat would go number one next draft.

Parachute anyone into any draft year and proclaim away. Safe, can neither be proven nor disproven.
The only HW the Canucks need

I don't think you're aware of how good Marner was as a prospect and just how mediocre the 2017 draft is. Marner is one of the greatest OHL players ever.

I noticed Babcock doesn't seem to know how to use his new assets to maximize the team's chances of winning.
Or are some of them maybe just a tad over rated by the mighty eastern hockey media.

One of those reasons must be correct, otherwise the team would have a winning record, no?

LOL always blaming the "Eastern Media". The leaves have 100 points by rookies. 100! No other team has 40 points by rookies combined.
Matthews/Marner/Nylander are 3 of the top 4 scoring rookies. But it must just be the media overrating. LOL.

So you think teenagers should be leading the team better?
This is a team clearing built for the future. It seems people have no issue giving excuses yearly to Winnipeg and Buffalo, but the leaves need to show results now or their rookies are overrated!

The Eastern media has continually stated Patrick Laine is the best rookie, despite the numbers telling us this is not true. So where are these Leaf rookies getting overrated?

Most points by rookies:

1. Toronto 100 pts
2. Winnipeg 39 pts
3. NYR 39 pts

Hey fish for brains, your team sold all your vets last season to go all tank mode so you have nothing but rookies playing. Plus your team sucked so bad for so long you should have some rookies that can get points.

I hate to admit it but this "winning culture" i hear about is responsible for last springs 3-0 cali road trip that removed us from the Matthews sweepstakes. By "winning" these meaningless games we ended up with the finnish pipe-cleaner instead of a franchise center.
The tank was staring us in the face but the giant rubber cock of arrogance ensured a 3rd worst finish and a 12% chance at the lotto as opposed to sucking with authority ala Torontoilet and getting a stud. They were in a win-win...Matthews or Laine.
We got to enjoy a fucking 3-0 road trip...
They win in my eyes

But ..... but culture carriers. Foundational third line players and like it was a real good trip. The team needs more mentors. Hey we got Juolevi though Danny.

Sure. Hes a good prospect no doubt but all we needed was to have a management team that recognized they were balls and to dress the farm hands. Imagine Laine one timing 18 goals a quarter in stinky whale blue? Or Matthews?
The depth of shaft we got as fans so Linden/Benning/Twitch can boast about this imaginary winning culture is only limited by the proximity to the balls
