I just want to say this with some holiday spirit...

I'm sincerely not trying to trigger anyone, especially Jello. We do have differing opinions on this player and it may sometimes seem I'm chucking daggers.

But it's just a real frustration for me to how this team imploded. I do tend to go off on rants because of that. I actually have way more contempt (if that's the right word) for management decisions and owner's direction.

It pains me to see an opportunity for us to get much better quickly, then hear them waffle on about pseudo-rebuilds or whatever after a series of "lucky" wins. Even analytics nerds can't deny this.

So yeah, what Don said. No offense to anyone. Just me doing my thing.

Ok, I'm out.

Talk about whatever you want Hank.

There is zero issue there.

Let's just not lob hand grenades at each other when a truce was laid out.

It's Christmas ffs.

Yeah, it's probably better for me just to calm down and enjoy a nog or two. Get ready for the WJC.

I'm giving and receiving no presents this year. Hope y'all are having more festive holidays.

Well, the flames didn't get a Christmas miracle for Expat, and Hawks couldn't pull off a win and give us 32nd for Christmas.

Brother, I feel you've given me a great present this Xmas.

Perspective.

Keep on giving, and you shall receive.

Merry Christmas.

Oh well, 1st overall draft pick will be worth it.

Rogers wanted him removed from Canucks games because they wanted homers gone from their broadcasting. He was given 2 choices, take the games we give you or retire.

They didn’t want non-Toronto homers on the broadcast is more likely.

I'm not sure this is the case HW, as I listened to an interview with Cheech, after he semi-retired, and he simply said it was due to the travel - and being away from his home (and ketchup) for so long. He offered to help fill in on a limited basis - but as Van was a big market for Sportsnet they wanted a full time persona.

If they wanted homers gone - Shorty would have been 2nd out the door.

This is a solid point Cos.

Maybe the West Coast weed machine has his back so they're hamstrung.

Ha! Your present to me is too much credit.

Like Cheech, I don't enjoy the travel and having to drop down all those chimneys. Plus, I've read your manifesto, Shotgun Macaulay Culkin. Not delivering in person.

Have a Merry one, bro.

Then how does Spector still have a job???

Or did that only apply to people actually calling the game?

😂
