There will always be a place for the Toffolis of the league. Problem is Boeser has yet to establish the track record of Toffoli. Till then, he’s gonna struggle.Chef Boi RD wrote: ↑Sun Mar 16, 2025 6:30 pm Skaters like Boeser are going to struggle with how fast the game has gotten.
One is 25 on a competitive team while the other is 19 on an AHL team. He can't be this stupid....... can he?Chef Boi RD wrote: ↑Sun Mar 16, 2025 4:33 pmI’m just not digging Bedard’s game right now, he looks lazy and unwilling to put out that extra second effort to make room for himself. I think he expects it to be easy for him out there. Quinn Hughes and Befard are roughly the same size but Hughes puts in the effort to separate himself from defenders. Bedard is just a little too lazy in effort for my liking. Think he needs a head adjustment the same way Zegras does. I think he’ll get there but last nights game only proved he still has a long way to go.Blob Mckenzie wrote: ↑Sun Mar 16, 2025 3:53 pmCooley is a nice young player. He is also insulated. Macklin has some insulation. Bedard has fuck all surrounding him. At least Foligno and Fat Balloon will insulate the kid physically. He needs someone to play with. Not surprised to see you pick an American. After all they won a Best on Best 29 years ago. Hayton was drafted seven years ago. Its about time. Shane Wright is also looking good. Imagine that. He's five years younger than Hayton.Chef Boi RD wrote: ↑Sun Mar 16, 2025 3:19 pm This is a good test for us. The Utah’s are a team to reckon with. Cooley is hella player, I’m probably taking him over Bedard in first captain second pick. Bedard needs to figure out how to avoid becoming the second coming of Trevor Zegras cause that’s where he is heading and well on his way. Barrett Hayton has made substantial gains in his development, he’s coming around.
Just win. And beat the faggoty Jets next. I don't ask for much.
You can get away with one of the rest of your roster is quick, but the Canucks probably have the slowest forward group in the NHL. Lekkerimaki ain’t exactly a speed demon, I sure do hope he ain’t the second coming of Anton Rodin.Lancer wrote: ↑Sun Mar 16, 2025 6:44 pmThere will always be a place for the Toffolis of the league. Are you comparing Lekkerimaki to Rodin after 10ish games. If you are, come on man you have to better than that.Chef Boi RD wrote: ↑Sun Mar 16, 2025 6:53 pmYou can get away with one of the rest of your roster is quick, but the Canucks probably have the slowest forward group in the NHL. I said I hope he ain’t the next Rodin, meaning there is a chance he isn’t.2Fingers wrote: ↑Sun Mar 16, 2025 6:56 pmAre you comparing Lekkerimaki to Rodin after 10ish games.
