One eyebrow raising move was to fill the assistant coaching jobs with no names and rookies. What could go wrong lol

Those cheap ass car parkers are running this thing deep into the turf eh lol. Trying to devalue the asset so they don't have to pay out Paolo as much?

This smacks of lack of confidence. Good leaders/managers aren't afraid of, and benefit from, hearing dissenting opinions of people who may in fact be more knowledgeable than oneself.

It smacks as well of a green group not knowing wtf they're doing....

Was it ever confirmed that they're being paid in Canadian funds?

That's a bold cost-saving move by Mr Aquilini, if true.

Where do you think Gilly first got the inspiration to coin the term BOLD MOVES?

I've seen a number of suggestions on socialz that Manny is being paid 1.5 m Canadian but nothing verifiable.

If memory serves we are paying Foote 3 m for this and next year as well.

US.

A Canadian franchise on the West Coast as the NHL looks to grow its fan base in Asia is about as fool proof as it gets and in todays world almost impossible to devalue ...

Listening to an interview with K. Don Corwell, a private equity investor in pro sports franchises, he made an interesting comment in that investors underwrite league offices and the strength of same when setting valuations which makes sense when you consider they are the ones negotiating and driving major revenue deals and are also negotiating labour contracts...

I enjoy the pain. It helps accentuate the euphoria of incremental gains

It appears to be true that some people can't handle a re-build, now that we finally actually get one.
