The Flames are an epic fail so far this year. Keep losing boys - Gavin McKenna will look great in a Flaming "C" jersey

I'm looking forward to the Canucks winning the draft lotto, selecting McKenna while crushing Calgarys soul in the process.

At long last the ultimate Otto (he kicked the motherfucker in) revenge.....

One would think.

The site is pretty healthy and somewhat vibrant these days.

So there is that.

If that consolation prize comes at the expense of more shit draft lottery luck.....we may need to go back to burning this place to the ground.
Somewhere in NW BC trying (yet again) to trade a(nother) Swede…..

It was meant as an obnoxious joke (perhaps a cunty one).

Not going happen Leves. This is our year - the Canucks have had a 1st overall pick in their history - the Flames have not (yet they have a cup )

Otto kicking the puck in is very much debatable, but it doesn't matter - it counted. :drink: :drink: :drink:

Sorry BCE, but when did we ever have a 1st overall pick? Technically, we acquired the 1st overall pick through a trade in 1999 and held it for about 2 seconds before trading down to draft both Sedins.

This should be grounds for a ban, but luckily, you're the one Flames fan that we like

The point is, you had a 1st overall pick (which you traded to get both Sedins - definitely a win for the Canucks) - the Flames have never had a 1st overall pick - they are due. As for their 1 cup - it was so long ago it hardly even counts.

Ya sort of like Vancouver’s Cup. So long ago people tend to forget about it.
