Quick, offer Demko to Edmonton for a ransom.

lol. I was just thinking how much Edmonton would be with Demko in net. But no, I don’t want him helping them. The ransom would never be enough for me.

Okay, now we can breathe easily.

On a more serious note, how can the oil come back next season with the same goaltenders?

Sure McJesus had a terrible series and probably played hurt, but the goalies will get all the blame here.

We can beat around the bushes;
We can get down to the bone
We can leave it in the parkin' lot,
But either way, there's gonna be a,

Heartache tonight, a heartache tonight I know.

I think we asked the same question last season at this time.
They’ll be back because….oilers.

Well, currently the oil are trying to prove to their goalies that they don't need them in net.

Glorious.

McDavid looked just disinterested at the end.
Somewhere in NW BC trying (yet again) to trade a(nother) Swede…..

It was over early. The Oilers had most of the game to get used to be losers. At least McJesus stayed around to shake hands.

Yes, the goalies get the blame. But then again Hellybuck shit the bed too.

I feel good tonight.

Now announce the trades

Edmonton had a bit of jump off the hop, and had some chances, but they just didn’t convert. After Florida scored, frustration sunk in and that was all she wrote.

Knoblauch and this leadership group still haven’t cracked that code mentally and tactically. Skinner did them no favors, but zero shots from Draisaitl and only two from McJesus??

Big changes coming. What price is their management willing to pay for an upgrade on Skinner and an upgraded top-4 D? Will they try to bulk up? Call it aspirational, but I see enormous potential for Edmonton to learn some wrong lessons from this and make some bad moves here.
