Here ya go Doc. This dude is claiming the toc-tac UFO's are ours built by using tech from reverse engineered crashed UFOs.

I believe it I've seen these things zipping around. You have to live away from humanity/light pollution AND be looking for them. I have a zero gravity chair where I "occasionally" kick back and enjoy an evening log while scanning the skies
