You damn fucking rights it is! :D

Went from wondering if I was going to see a goal tonight to singing along with the goal song five times!

It ain’t over yet, but the boys are looking full value.

Karlsson is getting under Winnipeg’s skin.

Mysie just keep being Mysie.
Hey congrats brotha :D
Fuck what a satisfying win. More than the points, that was vindication after the 6-1 throat-pumping we got in Winnipeg.

[edit] To think I put those tickets up for sale twice before I sucked it up… thank God I pulled my head out of my ass.

It was good to see Karlsson finally fully implement his Abbotsford game at the NHL level. I was starting to think it wasn't going to happen.

Hopefully he can build on this.

Loved Tocchet's response to Suter getting 20 goals so far on the season. Said he told Suter when he scored number 20 that was the Cha-Ching goal.

I've really been hi on Karlsson . He played really well those two games he got to play with Pettersson and Hoglander. I think he needs more of a chance to show his stuff in the NHL. He may never been a prolific scorer for us but I think can be a useful player. Too bad we already have enough middle six players. But I'd send the kid back down to finish the season in Abbey and let Karlsson stay a bit.

Good win. Confidence boosting to finish a home stand prior to a shit sandwich of a road trip.

I actually hope the Jets thump us on the 30th in Winnipeg.....I'd hate for us to squeak into the playoffs and face them all full of hate and vengeance when the whistles go away.

So let me get this straight. A couple of fluky, completely unintentional plays when Hronek lifts his stick over a player he didn't see and Blueger one-handing a bouncing puck out of play gets 2 minors and puts their team down on a 2-man advantage.

Not saying those weren't penalties. Just unbelievable how it can be so cut and dry on a couple of innocent plays where nobody gets hurt can result in such a harsh penalty. And Dickinson gets absolutely nada on an intentionally dangerous play that not only took another player out of the game but jeopardizes his career. Something seriously fucked with this league.

I didn't get to watch this one.

I see EP40 got a secondary helper and 1 SOG..... in a 6-2 win that seems like small potatoes for your $11.6M 1C. Was space at a premium or was he back to gripping too tight and not shooting?

I thought he had a pretty good game.. he missed in a couple one timers… but his defensive game is top 5 on the team in my view. I know that’s not why we pay 11.6 but till he finds himself totally it doesn’t hurt…

Space was not at a premium, Jets had an off night in their own zone and Nucks took advantage. But it wasn't a 6-2 game. The Jets were dangerous all night in the Nucks end controlling a lot of play and just didn't have any puck luck. And while Hellebuyck made a couple of ten bell saves, robbing Lekk of a sure goal (and probably some sleep), he had a real tough night.

Petey had an ok game, not great, not terrible. The secondary helper was a good one that triggered a beauty 3-way passing play. Definitely wasn't a game that resembled his struggles in the past, despite the numbers. Had Hellebuyck not stoned him on another pretty give and go passing play with Hogs he ends the night with a nice 1G 1A to keep the good stretch going.

In fact, that line was fantastic. While it was good to see Brock with a couple of goals and a great primary assist, Hogs was really the engine on that line. Easily best player on the ice for me. Question is can they carry it to the next games. They need a good line needless to say, especially on this road trip. And yeah, Petey needs to be the engine, not Hogs.

That Ehlers moves around the offensive zone like McGayvid.

I’m way less miserable since Cornuck banned me from Weibo Land (Creepers Boards).
