Back to just watching the highlights after the game...

Was the game as close as the score indicated? I mean, this is the Sharks after all. Playing down to their level and barely eking one out doesn't inspire fans to think they're actually turning a corner.

Win is a win, though.

It was not as lopsided as one would have hoped.

Even 1st period, though I felt like San Jose got a bit lucky and a bit of officiating help.

Very lopsided 2nd period in Vancouver's favour. Askarov was on his head at times.....could easily have been 6-1 going into the final period.

San Jose came out hard in the 3rd period. We didn't answer well.
