Kessel apparently still wants to play. https://sports.yahoo.com/wants-play-for ... %20career.
Begs the question, is it appropriate to call it an ironman streak?

Depth is key in the cap era. Remember the good teams of the past and it was lot of duos. Yes there were awesome lines but Sakic/Hejduk, Oates/Neely, Marchand/Bergeron, bu todays cap dictates a lot.Madcombinepilot wrote: ↑Tue Sep 17, 2024 11:55 amSure, but if your going to gravitate towards top 9, your looking for depth, no? And if looking at depth, then would you not be more inclined to separate them out into 2 groups, Top 3 and middle 6?Blob Mckenzie wrote: ↑Tue Sep 17, 2024 11:49 am Good posts. Just like there aren't 192 top 6 forwards. Mind you I gravitate towards a top 9 as far as forwards go.
It seems like the team is spoken for. Are they going 14/7/2 or 13/8/2?

Before the Canucks’ home game against the Philadelphia Flyers on October 11th, Edler will sign a one-day contract with the Canucks and officially retire from the NHL, the club announced Tuesday afternoon.

Shelley's hilarious. Good Island boyBoS wrote: ↑Tue Sep 17, 2024 5:48 pm Sounds like SportsNet will be televising all but 78 games this season. The other 4 games will be broadcast on Amazon Prime, with Jody Shelley and John Forslund calling the games. Games are free to Amazon prime subscribers.
Shorty is calling all the SPac games, along with one of Ferraro and Thomlinson.

"Scary"

And of course he wants us to respect his privacy, but because he wrote "successfully remove the tumor", there is at least a chance that it was slightly less horrible than would normally be the case.

A professional hockey player can afford deluxe medical treatment, and while it seems the surgeons are always eager to take the whole thing, in the States you're not just the patient, you're the customer, which gives you more leverage.
Well, that takes care of my daily gratitude meditation for the rest of the week, anyway.

Jeezus the first question out of the gate is from asshole Jeff Paterson not respecting the statement regarding Joshua's privacy and attempting to dig up stuff.
Why can't they pull that clown's credentials again and this time make it permanent.
