Best one I had was probably a BC Indian from the nineteenth century who spoke mostly Chinook Jargon and just enough broken English to almost be understood (a local weed strain has since been named after him ). He was created in a moment of anger/revenge to annoy the usurper that seized control of the forum. After a while I could make him mad with very little effort.
