3 Canuck prospects make it to TSN's Top 40

https://dailyhive.com/vancouver/canucks ... 7gZyTKEa1E

14th) Poddy (Podkolzin)
35th) Hoggy (Hoglander)
40th) Maddy (T.Madden)

- Just wanted to point out that a media guy was talking with former Canuck and Russian great Iggy Larionov and Iggy said that Poddy plays a lot like another former Nuck, Capt Mark Messier. Just hope it's the Oilers/Rangers Mess and not the Canuck one. :D

Reid Boucher is currently first in AHL scoring...Brogan Rafferty is 12th. Nikolay Goldobin is 14th, Kole Lind is 15th and Sven Baertschi is 16th...

Kole Lind has basically doubled his points from last season in 13 less games so far.

2018-19 51gp 5g 12a 17pts
2019-20 38gp 10g 22a 32pts

In the top 20 in AHL scoring in his 2nd year is great.

BroBro Rafferty leads the league in dman points in his 1st pro year is amazing.
38gp 5g 28a 33pts +18 .87ppg.

Both these guys will see some NHL time certainly in this 2020 calendar year.
Can the Canucks just win a Cup within the next 5 years.

Benning is unbelievable. He completing dialed it in the last 3 drafts like his first two drafts

I expected big gains in Lind and Gadjovich’s 2nd Pro year and Chef was right on cue. He certainly wasn’t angry like “some” over their rookie years

The only way Lind gets a call up is if we move out some dead beats and don't replace them with more during the summer.
Somewhere in NW BC trying (yet again) to trade a(nother) Swede…..

Apparently Lind is playing with a ton of grit this season.

Meanwhile the vaunted Kings prospect pool managed one more prospect than the Canucks, and not a single Holland pick made it.

One more is one more. 4>>3 in most worlds. Maybe not on this board though. Not to mention the depth of the two pools isn’t close. Holland... I’m unsure of who he drafted in Detroit or Edmonton recently. I do know that he did draft Tyler Bertuzzi who one poster figured was equal to Frank Corrado. For a moron like some call him the guy has .... what four cups? Yeah he’s a regular idiot.

Again, our first round picks of 2017 - Petterson and 2018 - Hughes are Generational in the NHL. While their first round picks of 2017 - Vilardi and 2018 - Kupari stink. That is why you’re confused about the depth of their pool being deeper than ours.

Generational is Lemieux, Gretzky, Orr, maybe Mcjesus. Hughes and Petey are great picks. They sure as fuck ain’t generational. Vilardi has missed the better part of two seasons. Let’s let him get up to speed a bit first. Kupari is 19. Nobody said he was a stud but he will play in the NHL.

Going to the all star game as 2nd year, first year players. One a Calder winner, the other most certainly selected. Generational? Who knows, but elite NHL players - yes!

Virtanen has raised his game, big time. Blob wanted Nick Ritchie
