Name me recent goalues who’ve returned a 1st. One being a UFA and the other having 30-40 games experience

Yeah... no. There’s been a couple of trades with Lehner and Varlamov, but Varly had more games under his belt than Demko and Lehner wasnt a UFA at the time

Rafferty is 24 sure, but he's playing great.

He sits 5th in scoring overall amongst defenders in the AHL.

9 of those points are secondary assists and 5 have come on the power play.

Dude is now on pace for 55 points

There were some very good players taken in the first two rounds of that draft :)
