5-4-1 their last 10 games, 1 point over .500. Which forecasts them to pick up 18 points or so over the last 16 games giving them 101 points for the season, a 21 point improvement over last season (Tavares final NYI season) in the same shitty division you speak of

Will 10 million William get to 6 goals in a half season of 41 games? Only 2 games left to do it. It’s a nail biter

Re: The Official CC "All Thing Leaves" thread
1.25 million Jake had 11 goals at the half way point of the season (41 games). Can 10 million William score 6 goals over the next 2 games to tie Jake? This is getting delicious

Re: The Official CC "All Thing Leaves" thread
Maybe math is not your strong point but you do realize 80 points in 82 games vs. 83 points in 66 games.
More points already in this season than all of last season.
Tuna - you really are amazing, do you work because it seems you spend all yopur time defending your team and making excuses for them. After a losing streak you disappear only to come back when they win. You point out every teams faults but do not see any on your team (ok that part I get, we have a few of those here) but you have to realize the Laughs still need to win a round or 2, until then its all hype and nothing to show for it.
This is like whip cream on cake, lokos good but no substance.

Re: The Official CC "All Thing Leaves" thread
Nylander signed on December 1st.
Nylander is on pace for 7 goals.
On July 1st he will have collected $20.3M from the Toronto Maple Leaves.
That's $20.3M real dollars in his pocket over a 7-month time-frame courtesy of one Kyle Dubas.
Leaf players are gangbanging your Dumbass and you're good with it.

By your very own logic Doc, the big payout decreases cap hit, and dumps real dollar value later in the contract making it a much easier trade with a cap floor team down the line.Strangelove wrote: ↑Thu Mar 07, 2019 12:37 pmNylander signed on December 1st.

Nylander's cap hit is not terrible......it sucks for his current production, but the only reason it's at all problematic is because of Tavares, Matthews, and Marner.
Dubas' handling of it all has me onto a new theory.....Kyle is a Bruin's plant in the organization!
Somewhere in NW BC trying (yet again) to trade a(nother) Swede…..

Re: The Official CC "All Thing Leaves" thread
Every contract is different.
The lowest amount Nylander makes in real dollars over the course of this contract is $6M-per
... with a $6.9M cap-hit.
Yeah so, unlike say Eriksson, Nylander doesn't get easier to trade in this respect.
(although after his bonus is paid this summer he is only owed $700K in real dollars for 2019-20)

Nylander is 22. So yes, it does get easier. He's not a mid 30's aging forward. Huge difference. It's rare a young player gets less $ starting in year 2 of the deal.Strangelove wrote: ↑Thu Mar 07, 2019 12:58 pmEvery contract is different.

Andersen sure looked like he was in top playoff form on that OT winner last night!BigTuna wrote: ↑Thu Mar 07, 2019 5:14 pmNylander is 22. So yes, it does get easier. He's a top contender for the Vezina. Tuna comes in here licking his anus again after getting cornholed by another shitty team.
Ya but...andersen blah blah blah....
Your team is lining up for yet another post season suck-show and you know it. Keep licking tuna...you'll get the corn out
