Marner leads the NHl in primary assists. It's funny you'll knock a guy 3rd in league scoring.RoyalDude wrote: ↑Sat Dec 01, 2018 8:02 am Maybe 6 goals Marner should watch video on Pettersson and Boeser to learn how to score more goals
Am I off the mark by saying that half of Marners assists are just primary assists? I know there’s been a big push to get rid of the secondary assists by some NHL pundits cause to be quite Frank, it’s a ridiculous stat. I’m on board with removing it
What's your thoughts on Blake Wheeler and his 4 goals?
Re: The Official CC "All Thing Leaves" thread
You mean Oates, the great passing centre aside from Gretzky? LOL. Oates was leading the NHL in assists in his late 30's FYI. (69 assists at age 38, 64 assists at age 39 at the height of the trap era.)RoyalDude wrote: ↑Sat Dec 01, 2018 8:52 amBut you know damn well that Mr Primary Assists Q Hughes will be setting up Boeser and Pettersson for the one time snipes beautifully, the 3 will be a match made in Canuck HeavenUncle dans leg wrote: ↑Sat Dec 01, 2018 8:44 am The funny thing is our future defensive superstar is the same size as marner![]()
Marner is a forward winger. He should be scoring, and not riding shotgun secondary assisting like Adam Oates
Btw Hughes with 3 assists last night
You are a dumbass.

Contract is market value. They’ll still likely move him between now and the summer though

Ya his contract is market value. Makes you wonder why it took so long to get it done. But a decent deal for both sides.
The only HW the Canucks need
Re: The Official CC "All Thing Leaves" thread
They might, although I am more of a believer they may keep him a bit longer.Blob Mckenzie wrote: ↑Sat Dec 01, 2018 2:21 pmContract is market value. They’ll still likely move him between now and the summer though
