Bubbles wanted Ritchie instead of Virtanen

Ritchie - 3 goals 7 assists. Stalwart
Check out Bennett’s fights. He would kick the piss out of Jake . Sixty point pace over his last 20 games.

Again Ritchie and Virtanen are both on pace for what ? 25 points ? Jake is faster , Ritchie is far tougher

Bennett has had 4 fights in his NHL career. Against - Namestnikov, Trouba, Johansen and Vlasic. Not a single one of those guys is known for fighting. Yeah, real hard/nosed there. Who's next on his list - Wenneberg? Lol, you're hilarious! Until Bennett fights someone respectable like Horvat did fighting Darnell Nurse, let's talk again but until then, shaddup about Bennett being hardnosed

Bennett - 5 goals 10 assists drafted 4th overall. Stalwart

He is up there in hits on his team and Johansen and Trouba are a fair bit tougher than Filip Forsberg , the guy Virtanen edged in a fight. Virtanen got tuned by 145 pound Booby Farnham

In any season since he has played in Vancouuver a Player by the Name of Brandon Sutter best season statistically has not equalled the best season for Sam Bennett in Calgary since he ha been with the Flames... So another argument in these parts where we put down Young Players around the league to make guys on the hometown team look better be it Marner,Bennett,Tkachuk folks no shame in admitting that these guys can play especially when I hear people gush over Sutter compare Sutter's Minutes to Bennetts and Ice time... Sam Bennett being tough in this clip handling his business...

Show his scrap against the rough and tumble pugilist - Namestnikov

Vrana, Kempe, Fiala, Perlini, Fleury, Pastrnak, Ehlers, Nylander, Larkin, Tuch, Fabbri, Virtanen to name a few should have all been drafted ahead of Bennett the bum

Obviously you're talking purely offensive stats.

Obviously you're comparing a defensive forward to an offensive forward.

Not sure what you were hoping to accomplish here Paddy.

Sutter wins faceoffs, Sutter shuts down the best players in the league.

Sutter plays more "Minutes" because coaches trust him, Sutter plays tougher "Minutes".

Haven't seen a Bennett so sheltered sinse the days of Flying Phil.
Over the Internet, you can pretend to be anyone or anything.

I'm amazed that so many people choose to be complete twats.

Lind with his 2nd hattick in 4 games. Has 7 goals in 4 assists in his last 4 games and thus without Dube. 44 of Linds 47 points have been primary points only 3 of his assists have been secondary. Beast mode

So we have all these promising prospects up front but zilcho on defense...

Who can we part with to shore up that black hole?

Right now I would not part with any prospect for a D one. Let's hope we can trade a vet or two (gudbranson/edler/vanek) and also get lucky at the draft.

I don’t know about that. If you could somehow get a guy like Foote or Fabro I’d probably put any prospect not named Petersson on the table.

If Brady Tkachuk is still on board and we draft a D-man I know someone who will lose his shit.

Don't think we can get much help via trade. Maybe Tanev but that would be a sideways move. Would not like to see a forward prospect dealt for a D prospect. Even I would be choked with the Genius. Through the draft but some here prefer having a plethora of wingers
