MJ thats what they are going to call that Marner Tavares duo and what a duo it will be... They will dominate the NHL like no other duo in Leaf history sans ONE... AND DOCTAH we both know in your heart of Hearts Nothing will suplant the duo in the heart of a Young Doctah then Darryl Sittler and Lanny Macdonald... :P

I hear it's his right shoulder.

Watch leafers blame this injury (it lingers they'll say) when Andersen's sv% craters behind that horrid dee.
Oh my god. What will happen, the leaves will then get another top pick and add to their #1 status for top prospect pools?
There are only 3 reasons the Leaves prospect pool is rated highly right now:

Matthews, Nylander, and Marner.

After forcing them all into the lineup this season, they won't qualify as "prospects anymore"

Next summer their prospect pool will be ranked #31.

I predict Marner will be a major bust btw...
What a brilliant theory that is. You subtract a team's top 3 prospects and they aren't rated as high as a prospect pool. I'm sure that would not occur to any other team...
And LOL @ "Forcing" Matthews into the lineup. He played in a pro league last year and looked great.
BTW, brush up on the leaves' prospects. They have fantastic depth.

I was correcting you where you said, after sucking all season the Leaves will...

"add to their #1 status for top prospect pools".

Do you understand now?

Matthews wouldn't need any forcing, but the trio of "Matthews, Nylander, and Marner" will need some.

Do you understand now?

I have proven time and time again to have a more realistic understanding of your Leaves.

Take those three out of the prospect pool and they're #31.

Do you understand now?

Nice to see you understood that Marner will bust.

Graham James has been granted full parole.

Anyone else find Burnaby Joe's silence deafening.
Over the Internet, you can pretend to be anyone or anything.

I'm amazed that so many people choose to be complete twats.

Maybe he can go on a book tour with Theo.

No. They would not be. Not especially after this June's draft.
Again, take any teams top 3 prospects and they drop-off. I'm not sure what point you are making.

from 1st to 31st is a joke. Of course they wouldn't be anywhere close to last.
What he is saying is the leaves have 3 strong prospects and after those 3 there's nothing but crap. Which is complete crap.

Hockey pools will be more interesting than ever this year.
All the supposedly reliable odds sources are playing it safe, they think.
I, for one, expect plenty of surprises.
California teams dropping way down.
Pittsburg dropping.
Toronto and Edmonton rising, a lot! (sorry).
I'm looking around and not seeing Nashville getting near the respect they should.
There is, IMO, opportunities there this year for more teams to stay in the races, longer.

Has anyone heard when they will start experimenting with the offside cameras on the blue lines?
