Hitchcock signs one year deal in St. Louis. They lost out on the other cock so they bring back a lame duck cock for one year.

Would that be a limp cock?

One has been over-stroked, the other under-stoked.

Is under-stoked the same as under excited?

I find it interesting that 3 of the 4 goalies left are not your typical franchise type of players. This is one aspect of the modern game that surprises me. Nothing against Crawford but he's only an average type of 'tender and Bishop/Andersen have been letting in some cheese the last few games.

Teams doing well without a star goalie has been happening for a while. Apart from LA and Johnny B Quick, has an elite goalie talent won the Cup in the last few years? I can't think of one.

The Score mentioned today that Justin Pogge would like to return to the NHL.

Habs sign Petry 6 years, $33 million, $5.5million per year with an NTC.

Those are better term and $'s than Luca for a player two years older with comparable stats.
