Bring in the young guns . More like cap guns . They don't really have any youngsters ready for prime time next season other than maybe Corrado and Clendenning .Kenins and McMillan have already shoved established players out the door . Jesus Christ Skyo.

You forgot about Linden Vey Blob. He's going to make an established veteran expendable. Might as well deal Bonino, hell it's too bad Henrik has that NMC.

Over the Internet, you can pretend to be anyone or anything.

I'm amazed that so many people choose to be complete twats.

Sabres benched their top point producing Dman last night.
A person familiar with what happened told The Associated Press that Zadorov showed up late for a team meeting Sunday. The person spoke on the condition of anonymity because the Nolan did not disclose what rule Zadorov broke.

Nolan described the benching as "part of the growing process," and added the player's maturity was an issue.

"He's a 19-year-old. Sometimes you're mature in certain things, and sometimes you're not," Nolan said. "Unfortunately, it's something we'll have to deal with."

Following the game, Nolan said he planned to talk to Zadorov before determining when he can resume playing.
Can't wait for the EvaderMutiny's leadership.

CoHo with less than 5 minutes ice time and only one third period shift.

Lol, no kidding. To be able to play CoHo for only 5 minutes and bench Zadorov must mean better players are playing right?

NYI lock up Leddy. Seven years at a cap of 5.5 reportedly NO NTC/NMC. He is 23 so this takes him to age 30. Not a bad deal considering he will be locked up throughout his prime and they retain the flexibility to move him at some point if they need/want to.

Wonder what Franzen gets now? 6-6.5? Tanev?

That's rough for the Bruins, Connolly out for six weeks with a broken finger.
Can the Canucks just win a Cup within the next 5 years.

How about FLA and Jagr?

FLA goes out and trades a 2nd rounder for Jagr when Krejci went down. FLA was/is only 2 points back of the Bruins for the last wildcard spot in the East, no Krejci + Jagr = improved chances for a post season in Sunshine, FL.

Just two days later, FLA loses BOTH their goalies and have to call up a guy from AHL and another from the ECHL to fill the void.
Florida Panthers goalie Roberto Luongo is getting more imaging done on an apparent shoulder injury and will be meeting with an orthopedic doctor.

According to TSN Hockey Insider Bob McKenzie, if the prognosis is not good Florida general manager Dale Tallon may need another goalie. He notes that free agents can still be signed at this point in the season but are not eligible to play in the postseason.

Luongo was hurt during Tuesday's 3-2 loss to the Toronto Maple leaves.

Also hurt during the Leaf game was backup goalie Al Montoya. McKenzie says that Montoya is likely out for weeks.
The Panthers recalled netminders Dan Ellis from the AHL and Sam Brittain from the ECHL to attend the team's practice on Wednesday morning. Head coach Gerard Gallant said that Ellis will start on Thursday against the Dallas Stars.

Crazy turn of events, should make for an interesting finish to the season!

#CBJ lose RW David Clarkson for 4-6 weeks -- likely the rest of the season -- with a torn oblique.

Is this irony or what!
