HNiC - Always something that is looked forward to in JPP's house. Especially against an OG 6 team - even a fallen one.

Myers looks "probable,", D. Petey 100% available. Demko practiced, but only for twenty mins. Speculation by Brown Cherry is a groin injury this time.

Friday's practice lines had some "Maintenance Day" types, in Garland and Hronek. But they have been carrying the mail the last few weeks - so no surprise they get bit of a rest. Both should be in the line up.

Chicago coming off a loss to SJS, and have lost a few in a row, after winning 3 of 4 early March. A very young lineup, should be fun to see some future stars, Nazar, Kaiser and Levshunov to go along with Bedard.

Form Canuck Dickenson finds himself on the top line, and Topper's favorite player in the NHL, Mikheyev slots in right behind him on the 2nd line.

Tale of the Tape
Blackhawks vs. Canucks
43.78% (32nd) — 5-on-5 Corsi For — 49.19% (19th)
42.79% (32nd) — 5-on-5 Expected goals for — 50.28% (15th)
2.71 (t-26th) — Goals per game — 2.71 (t-26th)
3.47 (29th) — Goals against per game — 3.03(19th)
44.7% (31st) — Faceoffs — 49.7% (t-19th)
24.8% (7th) — Power play — 22.5% (16th)
80.9% (12th) — Penalty kill — 82.1% (t-6th)
(Stats from NHL.com)

Spencer Knight gets the start in their Net, Silvos in Ours.

8-7 VAN OT.

*Edited for Van's starter, and updated score prediction.

So what happens in the Utah game?

Maybe we see She Loves to get Chicago seeing as his only W was against them

Is Bedard just another Trevor Zegras one trick pony? This remains to be seen. I worry about this kids overall game. As of now, Celebrini looks like the future of Canada Hockey until Bedard proves otherwise.

Riot today if we lose to Chicago

Pettersson better use the game to pad some static

5 goals

7-2 Canucks

But who're we kidding with here

Canucks probably struggle against Chicago and win a 2-1 game in OT

This team needs some Boeser, Joshua, Hoglander, and Chytil finish if they are going anywhere.
It starts tonight. They’ll all score.
Canucks win 4-3.
Bedard with the hometown hatty.

Give Mr. Hughes that much room and he's likely to score...
