I don’t think it’ll actually happen, I have no trust in Trump. I don’t think he’s a very godly man. I do have faith in him. Which is…weird, I understand. I think it’s important for us to come together as a country, instead of squabbling over what May or may not happen.

Landslide? Neither candidate had a majority of the vote, albeit Trump was close at 49.80%. Kamala had 48.33%.
Not sure who got the remaining 1.87%, but I assume it may have been spread over several candidates.

Either way, a majority of the population did not vote for Trump, so even though he won, he cannot claim that much of a mandate.
And I think most voters assumed he would abide by the constitution.

One way or another, Canada as a country and our relationship with the USA will never be the same. I didn't think that he would break this country to take it over, but that appears to be exactly what he is doing. Like it or not, he's in a very strong position and we are particularly weak at this time, thanks in no small part to insane Liberal policies in which we can't even get a pipeline built to lessen our dependence on the USA. Trump would not have nearly as much leverage if we built Northern Gateway and energy east pipelines. So I blame the Trudeau government in large part for the mess we are in.

I'm not supporting Trump on this, I see exactly what he is doing. The point is, we wouldn't have been here if Trudeau's regime would have got at least Northern Gateway pipeline in place. With other markets for our Oil and Gas, we wouldn't be in nearly as much shit as we are now.
