It’s definitely different than here, a lot of young people on it that are really into memes. It’s good for information though, and you can get away with a lot of shenanigans there that you can’t at hfboards.

I had Laine in my fantasy league, I think he scored over half his goals in a one-week stretch, he's been ice cold in 80% of their games.
I traded him a couple weeks ago for Erik Karlsson.

Wasn’t there a rumour a year or so ago that a high draft pick, a name guy, was addicted to Fortnite. Didn’t the rumour go it was a Finn and Juolevi’s name was brought up forcing Freedman to publicly declare it wasn’t Juolevi but someone else. Didn’t Freedman says this guy’s GM and agent were concerned, and other GMs were similarly concerned about this generations fixation on video games.

JR not afraid to make moves, however I guess it's easier when you have the core locked up for life, just switching tires every year (bottom six forwards and depth dmen).

As I recall, Laine had an injured wrist in the playoffs last year, which took a lot out of his shot. At the start of the season, he was totally useless and didn't seem to be close to 100%, until he got his hatty in those Finland games.
However, the Fortnite story would explain his ridiculous reaction to the Canucks' fortnite ban.
