Lol, while Trump ignores his handlers to try different personal attacks on Harris to see what resonates or complains that her crowds are AI-generated, Harris is riding a wave of optimism in the Democratic party. Many liken it to Obama 2008.

Not a big Obama fan but relating his campaign to Kamalas is a pretty big stretch for even the most staunch Dem.

I don't think we're going to see a repeat of what what happened in 2020 at the Capitol, Rats.

What I've seen posted elsewhere, is that if the Republican campaign can stop or stall state certification so that the deadline is missed (December 11th I believe), and if Congress is unable to resolve the issue, then the electoral college is bypassed and a vote is taken in the House, with each state getting one vote, which will favor Trump.

A lot of things have to happen for this to take place but that's the gist of it. The battle will certainly be at the state certification level.

I read them as well and fully agree.

Not really talking about writing a book though.

However we feel about it and especially in 2024 a Presidents spoken discourse is important, if only for optics.

I agree optics is important. For the politician. Not so much for the electorate. I prefer a politician who makes the right decisions regardless of the optics. Or who doesn't do things just for the optics.
