Morning Dude....beauty day over here on the NS.

Had an early AM hike up to Quarry already (beat the crowds)....now I'm having a little Espresso jolt (or two), into the gym for a couple of hours then off to look at real estate.

Over to West Van later to take Mom for an early dinner (I can't eat until 6) and then a little stroll around Dundarave.

What are you up to today?

The wife and I will be heading up to the Headwaters on wifey’s Vespa for a walk/run in the park in a few minutes. Yes Mrs Chef owns a Vespa. It’s a beauty weekend on the North Shore. We took her Vespa down to Lower Lonsdale yesterday, had lunch at the Tap N Barrell. The Tap N Barrell sucks, the last time I’ll be going there, shoulda done Joey’s. Lower Lonsdale is a trip on how different is, a lot of action down there compared to the ghost town it used to be. Will be hitting up Commercial Drive later today, a new Italian restaurant opened up there, I know the owner, he has a food truck and a walk up, take out place on Hastings, good quality.

It was a good hoof n run, Donny. Paradise up there before 9am before the crowds hit, drove the Vespa to End of the Line, dropped in at Baden Powell to the suspension bridge, crossed then to 30 foot pools for the infamous climb up the 30’ stairs to rice lake bridge back to End of the Line, it’s one of our favourite loops, get the thigh burns on the two sets of stairs. BTW they just completed the rebuild of the 30’ stairs, super nice!

Funny that people get so easily divided into their gangs, which is exactly what the uni-party and deep state wants. The last few months of the same garbage served from a certain homecook into this and other threads proves how gullible and easily propagandized people are.
