Anyone remember the 80s hair/glam metal band Vixen?
A few of the members were pretty hot stuff, not quite Nancy Wilson, but still... not too shabby.

The originator of the group died, Jan something.
I think the rest of them still play.

Yes, Jan Kuehnemund was the band's founder and lead guitarist. Passed in 2013.

Met Cyndi in a bar/restaurant in Belize, once you get past the accent, she was cool.

Saw Norah Jones's sister play at the Chan Centre a number of years ago.
Top 10 all time concert.

Yeah....i find it cool that Ravi Shankar is Norah Jones father.
I guess it's a Beatles thing for me.
Cyndi did some nice things beyond the '80's pop, WWF stuff.
With Jonny Lang for instance.

Probably should have added Tina Weymouth.
Simple yet poignant bass lines.

OK Computer
Joshua Tree
The Soul Cages
Abbey Road
Rumors
In Rainbows
6 records I liked on the first listen, liked more with subsequent listens, never grew tired of, have a “timeless” quality, and — this was sort of my deadlock criteria — are the best when listening to the whole record start to end in the order it was released. Honorable mention Wish You Were Here, Moving Pictures, Disintegration, Revolver.
