Not a rumour....his old man is a PT and has worked with several NHL'ers.

His goal last night he literally cast the Bruin defender aside with a reverse shoulder shrug before scoring.

Since you're watching highlights check out his assist on Sassons tally as well as his SO winner.

Great game for the kid yesterday.

Yeah great game for him.

That assist, nice pass, but loved the work he put in down low with Karlsson to make that happen.

The S/O winner.....you don't see them get in much tighter than that before pulling that sort of move.

Speaking of young Canucks Buium, on Chiclets the other day, could not say enough good things about the horse Hronek is and the quality of his overall game.

He might just be our best player right now.

Cootes had a good rush, and then fell down behind the net. He has the pedigree of a Canuck forward. 😀

PrinceAlbert is 2nd in WHL East with 27 wins and 5 losses and 2 games in hand on Medicine Hat.

So a legit post season opportunity for Cootes.

Will be interesting to see where he slots, given that the top two scorers in PA are both centres. Cootes has a better PPG than Oiring or Boychuk, but not by that much. Does he boot one of them to the wing, or does he move to the wing?

WHL playoff experience would be good nonetheless, but hopefully this doesn't take the kid's development sideways.

Why the heck did he not play college hockey this year?

Oh well, enjoy Prince Albert, I guess...

Kid is showing some jam, speed and hands since coming over.

Top-six physical winger option on a contending team? One can but hope, but the sample size - small as it is - gives cause for guarded hope.

Just stop the tank, will ya??
If Ohgren develops into a solid middle 6 guy, I'll be happy.

Be nice to see if PA can come out of the west and play in the Memorial Cup this spring! Be good to see Cootes play in the tourney live.

The Rockets grabbed Canucks prospect Parker Alcos to shore up their D-core so when I can get out to games I’ll fill everyone in on my thoughts.

Rockets will have a solid team now getting Iggy back, and Appleton and Cihar from Czechia and making some trades for some solid defensemen.

Nice...looking forward to your reports.

We talked some time back about maybe doing the MC this year.

Maybe we should discuss further off line.

Get BoS involved....
