Unfortunately that's the drawback of keeping an open mind. Why wait when we can already see this is going nowhere? If there was anything of substance in any of these lawsuits we'd be hearing about the particulars of the trial by now from one news source or another and hanging on every word. Edit: Access to a vendor's source code is routinely given for sensitive applications such as this. How else is the government able to review it for security risks?
