Actually, I've suggested keeping the trees up all year.

Why?

It is so much fucking work for poor ole Strangelove.

And it's not just the trees, there are lights and displays everywhere!

Manger scene, Whoville, Christmas train, etc, etc, etc...

But NOOOoooo... it's all got to go back in storage in early January.

Damn good thing for her that she bakes dozens of wondrous cookies every year...

Doc reminds me of Ward Cleaver with a Christmas sweater on.

Wifey put up a beautiful tree once again where Chef sits by with the fire crackling (gas inset) sipping his Barolo and Amarone vino while making idiotic posts on CC watching Bad Santa on rerun. Chef also likes Family Man and it’s A Wonderful Life. Although I do like to toss in some violence here and there like Taxi Driver.
