As I have said many times JPP I have heard and read quotes from all around the league from guys who actually are intimately involved in the game stating that JT is not that guy (including guys who played with him).
The current power brokers signed him to an 8 year deal with a NMC which would have been a ludicrous thing to do (by experienced guys) were he a cancerous presence.
There is enough info right there to doubt it and zero to prove it other than media honks saying it.

That score was very flattering for Dallas. We played a good game and very easily it could have been us leading in the third. Tough loss. Tougher still with Hughes being hurt.

The way Hoglander and Garland played I think JT went around yanking the smaller guys gonch up to their necks

Circular arguments, he said, she said that no one other than those in the room can substantiate... and even then, Roshomon effect.
The GM came out and said player wasn't good enough and needed to be better with the new status. Player finally admitted that yes, he sucked and promised he would be better and live up to the contract... at some point, I guess.

I have heard and read exactly the opposite.
And I watched the games, he has always been that stick slamming, yelling at his teammates on the bench type.
