The primary goal of this site is to provide mature, meaningful discussion about the Vancouver Canucks. However, we all need a break some time so this forum is basically for anything off-topic, off the wall, or to just get something off your chest! This forum is named after poster Creeper, who passed away in July of 2011 and was a long time member of the Canucks message board community.

To be fair, they're buying the drugs, testing them, then reselling "at cost". So not free.

Still, what exactly did the government think they were going to do with the funding?

What's the problem? Aren't you already walking everywhere with your phone in your pocket and use credit cards for all your transactions. All the data to track you already exists.

I go to the comment section and it's page after page of religious nuts. No signs of intelligence.
