The Jets fan thing was hypothetical. But there are plenty of similarities with the Canucks….

I am a Packers fan, which usually means a team in the playoff mix, but ever since they blew the NFC Championship to Seattle the year after their last Super Bowl (IIRC), there’s always been a piece or two missing from being a favorite. This year, it’s three pieces: discipline (penalties), discipline (running back takes on field aggression home…:), and pass rush due to injury. But with Jacob’s back and Parsons soon to return, it will be another season between 9 and 11 wins and an early playoff exit if they make it….

Been a nice QB progression as a Pack fan.

Not sure what level Love will attain in the end but in a league where QB's can be so hit and miss GB has done well.

Yeah, the pundits have recently readjusted their assessment of next June's bounty from good to below average. But they're often wrong.

I cancelled all my sports channels, including sportsnet and TSN. I was just going to check in on the game between the Flames and Oilers, only to find that it's not on any of the sportsnet channels I have (which is just about all of them). Apparently it was on another sportsnet channel that was not included in my sports package. They wanted another $23 per month for just the one channel. Anyway, that was the straw that broke the camels back so to speak. I haven't really watched a full game for a long time, I just check in sometimes to see the scores. Anyway, my interest in hockey has been waning for some time now and I have had it with the greedy assholes at Rogers and fucking team owners and greedy players. Fuck the whole thing. I'm to old for this bullshit. There - that's my rant.

Yeah I have no dedicated sports channels either.

I can watch NFL games via the Prime/Crave streaming platform and the odd hockey game on Prime if I so chose (but have not to date)....

I don't think we've had any Canucks games on Prime yet. I believe the first one is on November 25th against the Wings.

Some of them are going to be on Sportsnet+ as well. I still haven't figured out if I can watch those on Shaw cable or not.
