Someone else should take the next game. This winning does us no good at all.

Atta boy corn..
Hey, I'm loving the feels from this game. Loving the energy the Abby boys are bringing to the lineup. If we were a team just at the cusp of relevance, today's game would be an unqualified success. The team should enjoy the victory without qualification, regardless, but I hope this same moxy shines through against better competition.

Still and all, the contribution of the younglings since a lot of the forwards went down has been optimism-inspiring. Shades of the Manitoba Moose alumni who contributed the glue-guys of the Sedin-era domination? One can dare to hope.

I really, really would want this team's resilience to shine through against Vegas to show what the organizational depth can do against real competition. Casualties will happen in the playoffs, and I am keen to see how the likes of Raty, D. Petey, Karlsson, Mancini, Sushi, etc. perform in pressure situations. This season is a wash, but next season promises a better outcome with every win the rest of the way.

BTW, it doesn't hurt when you have the best defenceman on the planet...
Love the Sport. Love the Team.

Hate the League.
