That McKinnon hit on Boldy...what an obliteration
That was an actual thing of beauty. Got to love a 1C who can score and lay a good hit.

Mac is playing like a man possessed.
One might think he's still pissed about losing the gold medal game and has decided to exact revenge on Guerin, Hughes, Faber, and Boldy.

That looked like a dirty hit to me. Boarding. Did he get a penalty?

No penalty.
Clean hit. He was already in the motion of throwing the hit when Boldy stumbled and fell. Looked really bad because of how awkward it was, but just unfortunate timing.

Would not count the Habs out. This game/series has the potential to be the East's version of Avs/Wild Game 1 with lots of goals and crazy comebacks and lead changes. Let's hope. Pretty wide open so far.

Well there you Hab it.
A little disappointed in their 3rd period push or lack there of. Thought they'd come out guns blazing after Dach's goal late in the 2nd, instead looked pretty defeated. Dobes so so after insane 1st round...emotionally spent?
