I don’t have a French Chef. If I did I imagine my cholesterol would be through the roof due to the richness found in the French cuisine, high in butter.

It’s fading quickly, Doc. I’ve been taking nature walks in Lynn canyon park recently my ole stomping grounds to relax the mind but it ain’t working out to well being that every corner I turn there I’m encountering “new Canadians” acting like they own place speaking in unknown languages. There was a time there when I was a young man where all you’d encounter were drunk or stoned Lynn Valley greaseballs in there stately greaseball tuxedos (Mack jacket and daytons). I kinda miss the old days when Lynn canyon wasn’t a tourist attraction, an unknown gem to the world. Now it’s Capilano Suspension Bridge 2.0
