You mean you had your people call their people?
Surely you don't call anyone yourself.
Fair assessment....

I'd like to see Tocchet move Pettersson over to the wing for a few games. His confidence needs a boost and maybe a bit of a break from playing the middle.
Yaya I know 11.6 but stars have always struggled at times, even Sidney Crosby or Mario Lemieux weren't immune.
Let the guy find his touch again and maybe the bricks fall back into place

At least the anthem singer looks fairly hot, so watching the game won’t be a complete waste.

Not seeing a better game so far. They’re driving play and shots, but they should against San Jose. Even the shots haven’t been that threatening.
Defending off the rush is sloppy.
At least they’re throwing the body more and better.
Forbort needs more time in practice.
Bains looks like a punishment putting him on with Pettersson. Just put Sprong up there and roll the dice.
Tocchet should be telling them to wake up, bear down and take it to these chumps .

The legs are good, but the passing is atrocious. The d outside of Hughes and Hronek are a sea of Gudbrandsons. Baines can’t catch a pass or even get his stick on it half the time. Hoglander similarly hard handed. Good energy, but no precision.

Yeah, the anthem singer is the best part of this game so far.

Sloppiness leads to being down 1.
D have be better at understanding the situation and acting/communicating accordingly.

What’s DeBrusk’s jersey number so I can find him on the ice?

If this was any other team, we'd be done by now.

has Mr Aquilini mandated that Bains play in the top six?
Has Tocchet developed a glue sniffing problem over the summer?
Is young Peter working to rule?
Is the Canucks window an optical illusion?
So many questions, so little entertainment value...
